My client are a leading specialist subcontractor providing high quality services to tier 1 contractors on major projects across the UK. Projects they work on include commercial, industrial, residential, retail, and leisure.

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you'll work closely with the commercial team, offering you an ideal platform to grow and excel in your career.

Working on a range of large projects, subcontracting to major contractors.
Assisting with reviewing project costs for accuracy and addressing any discrepancies.
Evaluating, pricing, negotiating, and finalising budgets and costs for project scope changes.
Conducting estimation tasks to ensure accurate project cost predictions.
