As a Commercial Assistant, you'll be integral to their mission, supporting senior leadership and the wider commercial team in driving sales and sponsorship strategies for this groundbreaking event.

Your role will involve closely assisting and liaising with key stakeholders, managing administrative tasks, logistics & travel admin whilst also ensuring the smooth execution of commercial initiatives.

Picture a week-long celebration of European creative talent across multiple venues in Shoreditch, East London. From music to technology and more, this event promises to be a hub of innovation and inspiration.

As a Commercial Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the senior leadership & wider commercial team in executing sales and sponsorship strategies for the event. You will work closely with various stakeholders to help ensure the successful delivery of commercial initiatives, as well as:
Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative duties and assist with sales and sponsorship activities.
Coordinate logistics for client meetings and commercial activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to align commercial activities.

Previous experience in sales, events, or executive assistance.
Proficiency in platforms like LinkedIn and CRM software.
