My client, an energy company, is seeking a Property Counsel to join its team.
You'll play a pivotal role in providing legal guidance to regulated and unregulated businesses. From advising senior managers to ensuring property rights to operate the network, your expertise will shape operations.

Your role will comprise providing legal advice on general commercial property transactions including property contracts, leases, licences, easements and more. There is also really interesting project work, which will see you work with all sorts of stakeholders and feel very different to the day to day bread and butter property work.

You will work within a team of Property lawyers and will mentor and support more junior colleagues. The role is pitched at 4-8 PQE and open to those from either Private Practice or In-house.

The role is very flexible in terms of location and will require travel to an office in Reading twice a month. You'll be joining a lovely and supportive business, that really values work life balance and offers really interesting work - the best of both.
