Deputy Manager for National Care Organization
We are currently seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to join a leading national care organization based in Bridgend. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day operations of our nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.
37 per hour
As a national care organization, we are committed to providing person-centered care for our residents, ensuring they live fulfilling lives in a safe and supportive environment. Support the Home Manager in the effective management of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Assist in the development and implementation of care plans tailored to meet the individual needs of residents.
Ensure that medication management procedures are followed accurately and safely.
Coordinate and participate in staff training and development programs.
Previous experience in a senior care role within a nursing home setting.
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
A genuine passion for providing high-quality care for the elderly.
Competitive hourly rate of £21.37 per hour.
