Write 2–4 fact-checks per month to address misinformation about food, diets, and sustainability.
Research and analyze complex topics to produce fact-checks that are objective, evidence-based, and free of bias.
org’s mission of promoting planet-friendly, people-focused food systems .
A  BSc, MSc, or PhD qualification in Nutrition and Dietetics, Environmentalism, Ecosystems, or Ethics (or a closely related field).
A strong interest in misinformation and disinformation , especially in food, health, and environmental narratives.
Passion for advancing sustainable food systems that benefit both people and the planet.
Experience with scientific writing or reviewing academic literature is preferred.
Excellent research and writing skills, with the ability to communicate nuanced topics without bias or polarizing language.
Approximately 5–10 hours per week , depending on the complexity of the fact-checks and ongoing projects. Time commitment is flexible based on your availability. 


Get formal training in becoming a fact-checker with FullFact.org training, with certification.
Gain real-world experience in nutrition, food systems, and advocacy.
