We are a specialist magnet manufacturing organisation seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in a Technical Position. This role offers the opportunity for temporary employment with the potential for a permanent position. Profit share bonus scheme.
Yearly salary reviews with an average increase of 4% over the last three years
Offer hands-on technical support for assembly and magnetizing operations.
Support quality activities, including R&D reports and serving as the point of contact for quality queries.
Engage directly with customers and suppliers, utilizing our CRM system and maintaining relationships.
Provide accurate costings and conduct visits to customers and suppliers, both domestic and international.
Conduct CAD activities, including 3D and 2D work (training provided).
Perform Finite Element Modelling (FEM) activities using 'EM Works' SolidWorks plug-in magnetic modelling software.
Basic understanding of engineering principles and CAD software.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
