Your main tasks will be completed without supervision and includes providing direct supervision to non-qualified technicians where applicable. Non-Qualified Staff

Your main tasks will be competed with direct supervision from a qualified Technician. MAIN TASKS Dismantle and repair damaged vehicles by either repairing damaged panels or by replacing those beyond repair. All equipment used, to include jigs, fixtures and welding equipment, will be operated as per the instructions, level of qualification and to the prescribed safety standards. Adhere to the manufacturers literature and modification bulletins as appropriate to the repair and to the replacement of chassis and panel work. Where appropriate attend training courses to enable you to be updated on new techniques and produce development. Handle all vehicles with due care and attention ensuring that customer care/satisfaction is maintained at all times, keeping the Companys tools and equipment safe and in a clean, workable condition. To be aware of and adhere to all the Housekeeping and Health and Safety regulations and policies applicable to your position and working environment. TECHNICAL JOB KNOWLEDGE The level and scope of technical knowledge will be discussed and agreed with your manager or team leader. OTHER DUTIES Due to the size and complexity of the establishments you will undertake any other reasonable tasks or duties that are deemed to be within your capability, as directed by a senior manager to whom you have a reporting relationship. PAY & BENEFITS Up to £48,275 OTE - includes site bonus and is dependable on experience and qualifications. A minimum of 3 years experience in the role is preferred. Hours are 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday Competitive salary plus team bonus. 30 days holiday including public holidays. Loyalty days added to annual with service. Pension contributions.
