ART Providers Ltd (ART) is a UK established Training Provider, offering a range of programs including apprenticeships, diplomas, and short courses. ART operates nationally, collaborating with diverse organisations and establishments such as UK government departments, charities, and businesses of various sizes. ART’s deliveries cover various business sectors such as Health and Social Care, Dentistry, Carpentry, Business & Data Analysis, Funeral Services, Marketing and more.

We are seeking motivated and experienced individuals to join our Education Programme Office team as Senior Education Administrators .


Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback through various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Oversee the administrative aspects of training programmes such as apprenticeships, diplomas and short courses by maintaining records, managing enrolments, and liaising with clients (learners/ employers).
Carry out learner/ employer’s eligibility checks for each of the programmes by conducting quality and compliance checks on enrolment and completion paperwork
Arrange and administer initial assessments in English, Maths, and ICT for learners to evaluate their proficiency and support their learning needs.
Proficiently use the UK Government Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) to register eligible learners for approved programmes.
Create and maintain registered learner/ employers’ records in a central data management system such as PICs by ensuring accurate and up-to-date recording of learner data which includes personal details, learning aims, and achievements
Update and validate the central management data system records in readiness for monthly individual learner record (ILR) submission
Use ILR reports to manage training programme funding information and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assist in the coordination of learners’ training sessions, workshops, and assessments by collaborating with internal stakeholders and external training providers as needed.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
A grade 6 or above in maths and English Language GCSE (or equivalent) or can demonstrate a few years of experience in similar roles in the education sector.
For those working remotely, have access to a laptop or desktop computer with stable internet connection
Proven experience in programme administration, preferably in an apprenticeship or similar education-related programmes.
Familiarity with the administration of apprenticeship standards structure, UK apprenticeship funding rules, and compliance
