You don't need me to tell you how integral this role is to not only the Design team, but the wider business. You will be responsible for curating and developing tailored, creative and successful design solutions for clients.


  • Responsible for multiple projects and managing workloads and outputs of the design team
  • Work with Project Directors on both existing and new business opportunities
  • Assist in generating a focused, winning strategy
  • Responsible for CAT A and CAT B project briefs to create creative, tailored concept designs
  • Lead client pitches
  • Meeting and liaising with clients to assess on project costs and technical specifications
  • Oversee and manage resource and deadlines across the design team
  • Research and produce inspiration and concept material
  • Ensure first-class design pitch presentations are generated
  • Co-ordinate with Pre-Contracts to develop overall budgets in line with project strategy and managing client expectations
  • Preparation and management of technical and 3D drawings: computer visualisation and CAD layout drawings; preparation boards
  • Selection of suitable, client specific finishes materials and FF&E
  • Generating construction drawing packages
  • Running projects and managing Design teams
  • Other ad-hoc design duties as required by the business
