Senior Video Product Manager

Job ID: 2652482 | Evi Technologies Limited We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Tech to join the Ring App team, helping to build experiences and services for our best selling camera and doorbell devices. You will build and iterate on the end to end app experiences that help customers see, hear, and provide peace of mind. In this role, you'll thrive on cross-functional collaboration, technical prowess, and a keen business sense—propelling us towards seamless device experiences and raising the bar on performance.
Oversee the entire feature lifecycle, from conceptualization and development to launch and post-launch optimization
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for product improvement
- Anticipate and address potential risks associated with product development and deployment, ensuring proactive risk mitigation
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and drive continuous improvement
- Maintain a customer-centric approach, understanding user needs and incorporating feedback into product development processes
- This could mean defining a product vision, writing PRFAQ documents, partnering with engineering to determine the best way to deliver value to customers, or identifying ways to delight our customers by addressing customer feedback. From the first-ever video doorbell to the award-winning Ring Alarm and Ring Alarm Pro systems, Ring’s smart home security product line, as well as the Neighbors app, offers users affordable, innovative security options for the home and neighborhood. Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
