The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an experienced, passionate and personable Senior Event & Conference Operations Manager/ Head of Operations Delivery to join a fantastic team within one of London’s iconic event venues
The Role
This is a new opportunity within a unique and complex site that deliver’s high-end events and this role will be instrumental in overseeing the strategic execution, and management of all aspects of the food & beverage operation.
As Head of Operations Delivery, you will be responsible for ensuring that events are executed flawlessly, within budget, and aligned with the client’s goals. You will actively work in collaboration with the planning and events team to deliver exceptional events, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver a 5* catering service at all times.
The Candidate
As the ideal candidate you will have proven track record in operational event management within a similar hospitality environment working with a wide variety of events including exhibitions, banquets, conferences and receptions.
As an individual you will have a genuine passion for hospitality, people and service. You will strive to exceed expectations by leading and mentoring the events operations team fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
