Job Purpose and SummaryDelivery of HR annual plan in line with EMEA and Country/Company HR strategy to drive individual and organizational goals.Drive HR processes and service in line with business & functions objectives.What we giveCoach and Partner with Business/Functional Heads and People Managers to deliver right employee experience by incorporating best practices.Design and drive local HR initiatives and policies that support the regional strategies focused on Employee Engagement and Retention.Be the Key Point of Contact and manage employee relations and policy adherence.Drive Performance Management with timely objective setting and KPI reviews.Design and Process HR Monthly Dashboard.Overseeing Key HR Processes and Services for Canon KSA organization on a macro level such as induction & onboarding, compensation & benefits and exit management.Collaborate with CoE (e.g; Talent Acquisition, Payroll, L&D) to ensure smooth functioning of business.What we ask• Excellent communication• Excellent planning & organizing skills.• Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels.• Accuracy and attention to detail.• People focused.• Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).• Human Resources or related Degree (mandatory)• Post graduated studies in HR or Admin field (highly desirable)• Minimum 6 – 8 years of experience in similar roles within multinational companies• Supervisor Experience (highly desirable)You will needWe need people who can achieve the exceptional by working collaboratively, who have the courage to risk new ways of doing things and the ability to see the world the way their customers see it.
