Financial Adviser – Maidstone Salary: up to £75k
Employment Type: Full-Time | Office-Based
Ready to take your financial planning career somewhere that values proper relationship building over hard-sell tactics? With plans to double in size over the next five years, they’re looking for a motivated and client-focused Financial Adviser to join their friendly and ambitious team.
Working with a high-quality, loyal client base — from business owners to trustees and families across generations — you’ll deliver tailored financial advice across investments, pensions, tax and estate planning. This firm genuinely treats clients like humans, not account numbers. Providing fully holistic financial advice with a focus on long-term client relationships
Keeping up to speed with legislation, tax and product changes
Ideally 2+ years as a Financial Adviser (but strong juniors on the road to CAS are very welcome)
A proven ability to build trust and rapport — especially with HNW clients
Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, estate planning and tax
A car and driving licence
