Agricultural Tractor Demonstrator

Applications for this key role, are open to those in similar demonstrator roles, or those who are currently Tractor Drivers, Farmers, Farm Hands, Plant Operators, Groundkeepers or similar, seeking a move into the Commercial Tractor World, supporting Sales & Aftersales teams.

The role would suit someone who has operated various Agricultural Farming Machinery & Equipment , plus someone who is mechanically minded, technically astute, up to speed with modern tech / computerised systems & a real interest in all things Farming / Harvesting.

Demonstrator Duties:

  • Tractor Driving / Operating Demonstrations.
  • Tractor Controls / Technical Functions Demonstrations.
  • Perform pre-delivery setup on new or used Tractors.
  • Training Dealerships & Farming Customers on the Machinery / Equipment.
  • Supporting Sales teams by demonstrating the Machinery to potential customers.
  • Advise customers on optimizing Machinery performance & how to ensure Harvesting efficiencies using the Tractors latest built in technology (precision ag).
  • Manages on-going relationships with Dealerships sales teams / aftersales.
  • Delivering high end customer services to the Farming Communities.
  • Technical support & advice.

Attributes:

  • Tractor Driving / Operating experience (various types would be useful).
  • Farming background (in a Farming Career or from a Farming background previously).
  • Some knowledge of precision Farming & the latest Farming technology is useful.
  • Strong professional communicator at all levels (face to face, over the phone & email).
  • Strong computer skills
  • Happy to travel for Machinery Demonstrations.

This is a great opportunity for a Farming enthusiast to get into the World of Tractor Sales / Service, with a view of moving into an Area Sales Management role later down the line.
