Senior Pension Administrator Permanent, Full-time
Meraki Talent is working closely with a large, established Financial Services firm to appoint a Senior Pensions Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis. This opportunity is based in Birmingham and offers an excellent salary and benefits, as well as hybrid working.

The purpose of the Senior Pension Administrator is to ensure that pension plans run smoothly and efficiently, providing crucial support and services to plan participants and ensuring the financial health and regulatory compliance of the pension schemes.
Oversee the administration of pension plans (DB, DC, CARE) and other retirement benefit schemes.
Ensure the pension plans comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Prepare and submit necessary reports and filings to regulatory bodies.
An In-depth understanding of pension-related laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
The ability to analyse financial data, actuarial reports, and investment performance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with plan participants, management, and regulatory bodies.
The ability to address and resolve complex issues related to pension administration.
