You will be joining a UK provider of specialist equipment for the safer moving and handling of the mobility disadvantaged within their homes, long term care or acute environment. From manufacturing a range of products that respond effectively to moving, handling, and bathing requirements to the full assessment, installation, training, service, and repair of these products, they provide a full product and service solution to customers.

This role is pivotal in expanding the organisations Major Projects offering within the commercial markets and ensuring the successful management of contracted opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the construction and healthcare industries.

Actively promote Major Projects offering to commercial markets. Project Management: Oversee the management of contracted opportunities, including coordination with third parties. Ensure timely and on-budget delivery of projects.
Leadership: Provide leadership and support to installation engineers on major project sites. Quoting and Site Meetings: Prepare quotations based on plans from builders, architects, and OTs, adhering to local pricing structures. Quality and Compliance: Ensure all on-site activities align with or exceed quality and HSE procedures.
Administration: Manage personal administration, time management, and office liaison effectively.Flexible with working hours, including overnight stays as required.
Solid technical knowledge of building products, fixtures, and fittings, with the ability to communicate this effectively.
Construction Skills Certification Scheme Card (CSCS) - minimum visitor level
Full UK driving licence.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digitised design softwareDesirable Qualifications:

Up to £50,000 per annum + 20% Targeted Bonus
