CRM and Marketing Executive/Senior Executive

We are a fast-growing, FinTech company looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced CRM Marketing Executive to spearhead our digital marketing efforts. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving our email and digital marketing strategies, managing email campaigns and automation, data capture, and ensuring the overall success of our marketing campaigns.
Utilising HubSpot to segment audiences, create and manage marketing campaigns, and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Developing and implementing A/B testing for email campaigns to optimise engagement and conversion rates.
Creating workflow automation within HubSpot to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency.
Monitoring and analysing email campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and refine targeting strategies.
Keeping up-to-date on CRM and email marketing trends and best practices.
~3+ years of B2B inbound marketing experience, ideally with a focus on CRM and email marketing automation.
~ Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of CRM platforms, email marketing, and workflow automation.
~ Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM software, with experience in creating and managing email campaigns and workflows.
~ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret CRM data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
~ Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
