Chartway Partnerships Group is a leading Southeast land-led housebuilder, specializing in developing new homes and communities in partnership with housing associations, landowners, and fund managers. With six subsidiaries and an exciting growth plan, we are currently seeking an Engineering Manager to join our Pre-Development Team in Coxheath, Kent.

About The Role:

As an Engineering Manager, you will advise on engineering aspects of site developments at all stages, including drainage strategy, flood risk, levels, highway access, and structural proposals. Your responsibilities will include proposing, reviewing, and advising on drainage, earthworks, infrastructure strategy, assisting in consultant selection, attending site inspections, and ensuring construction standards are met.

You should have an excellent understanding of legislative frameworks relevant to residential development engineering. Your role will involve managing design procurement, construction interface of major projects, and delivering agreements to suit project programs.

What you’ll need:

We are looking for individuals with vision, the ability to drive engineering solutions, commercial awareness, and a passion for delivering excellence. Excellent IT skills, including CAD, strong organization, and interpersonal skills are essential.
