Our client is a leading multi franchise automotive group with dealerships located across East Anglia.
We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their team and ensure the efficient running of our workshop operations.
Role Overview: As the senior technicican you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the workshop while actively woirking on vehicles. Conduct quality control checks on completed work, ensuring high standards are met.
* Provide support and guidance to technicians, helping them resolve complex repair issues.
* Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to within the workshop.
* Manage and monitor workshop productivity, aiming to meet and exceed KPIs.
* Carry out MOT’s (if you have an MOT licence)
Previous experience in a senior workshop role within the motor trade.
* Strong technical knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance.
* EV / Hybrid vehicle experience
* MOT Licence and advantage but not essential
* Full UK driving license.
