Amber Mace are recruiting on behalf of a residential home dedicated to providing high-quality care for Elderly & Dementia individuals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in care management and experience in Residential Home. You will be joining an independent company that offers excellent benefits, career progression, training and experience. You will oversee the day-to-day running of this care home for the elderly, some of whom are living with dementia and other age-related conditions.

As Home Manager, your key responsibilities will centre on management of staff, care delivery to residents, recruitment, training, and ensuring that the home is run in accordance with company and CQC policies and procedures.

To manage the day to day running of the home, ensuring the highest level of care standards are upheld

* To maintain & improve CQC standards

Proven CQC Registered manager experience in a Residential Care home

* Knowledge of CQC legislation and standards, compliance and quality

* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential care home.

-Provide effective leadership to a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.

-Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.

* Quality of Care:

-Implement and monitor care plans to meet the individual needs of residents.

-Conduct regular assessments to ensure the delivery of person-cantered care.

-Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards.

* Recruit, train, and supervise staff, promoting continuous professional development.

-Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

* Organize and oversee activities that enhance the well-being of residents.

* Manage the financial aspects of the home, including budgeting and cost control.

-Ensure resources are utilized efficiently to provide quality care.

Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Home Manager within a residential care setting.

* Relevant qualification in health and social care (NVQ Level 5 or equivalent).

* Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards.

Competitive salary of up to £45,000 per annum.
