What the job involves;

  • Diary management of personnel within the department as well as typing from digital dictation, drafting and proof reading documentation.
  • Proactively and professionally handling a wide range of queries and liaising with clients, counsel and other professionals across all methods of communication.
  • Application and Bundle preparation including drafting preliminary documents, Legal Aid applications and court documentation.
  • Utilising the Company’s case management system to its best effect in order to manage case load as well as record time and bill clients efficiently.

What you need:

  • To have at least 6 months experience in a Public Law, Family Department in an administration function.
  • Strong working knowledge of Legal Aid as well as passionate about giving outstanding client care to clients and referrers.
  • Excellent administrative, planning, organisation and time management as well as being proficient in a variety of IT software, including all MS Office applications.
