Our client is a high street law firm with a proud heritage and strong connections in its locality, with loyal staff providing first-class legal services in the South West area. The team offers a range of legal services to businesses and individuals including conveyancing & real estate, family, immigration advice, civil litigation, probate, tax, wills, estates, and Power of Attorney. Joining this successful and reputable law firm based in Exmouth, you will be undertaking fee earning work focussed on dispute resolution matters relating to:
Commercial disputes
As such, you will be a competent and confident business developer with an interest in networking and connecting with potential business contacts in the region.
You will be responsible for running your own varied caseload, taking instructions, and dealing directly with client queries over the phone and in person. Undertake necessary pre-action litigation
As a UK qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, you have a proven knowledge and experience of the law and practice relating to Civil Litigation and the obligations of the Civil Procedure Rules. With several years’ PQE, and experience working as a litigator in a local or regional firm, you are comfortable working on complex matters with relative independence but know when to ask for support or assistance from colleagues and partners. 23 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays
