The Brickmakers Arms is an established Wet – led community mainstream Pub in suburban Ipswich, that’s now become available. Benefiting from a large car park to the rear of this corner site and a live TV sports package, this locals’ pub has a main public bar, lounge and snug areas, plus the ability to flex the space for private functions. The patio beer garden with an outside screen is ideal for viewing bigger events, such as the World Cup or Olympics, in an al fresco environment. Darts and Pool are a popular attraction, with active teams in the local leagues.

Business Facilities

This established business has previously traded well on the back of its sports offer and local teams and could also benefit from a decent level of food sales, especially at weekends when a good Sunday lunch trade was previously established.
