Job Title: Junior Key Account Manager - EV Charging Location: London, UK
Employment Type: Full-time, Hybrid
Duration: 12-month Fixed-Term Contract - with the possibility of the role being made permanent.

As a leading provider of EV charging solutions, we prioritise innovation, excellence, and customer satisfaction.

We are seeking a proactive and driven Key Account Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will support our key house accounts, ensuring their ongoing development and satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with the Key Account Lead, clients, and various internal departments, leveraging your interpersonal skills and industry expertise to provide exceptional value and maximise account potential.

Account Management:
Assist in the management and development of key house accounts, ensuring their needs are understood and met effectively.
Collaborate with the Key Account Lead to devise strategies for account growth and retention.
Liaise with internal departments to coordinate resources and expertise as needed to support client initiatives.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyse account performance metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making.
Prepare regular reports and presentations summarising key account activities, achievements, and opportunities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Ability to learn quickly and be adaptable is key to suit our agile approach.

Experience in a customer service role would be advantageous.

Ideally, you will hold a Business Administration or Management degree or comparable work experience.


Initial 12-month FTC with the possibility of the role being made permanent.
