Regional Facilities Manager - Build to Rent Salary - £60,000
My client is a leading Build to Rent operator, dedicated to creating high-quality, sustainable living spaces. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining their properties to the highest standards. They are seeking an experienced Regional Facilities Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee our portfolio of rental properties across the South of England.

As the Regional Facilities Manager you will plays crucial role in ensuring that Build-to-Rent (BTR) properties operate efficiently, sustainably, and provide a high level of service to tenants.

Energy Management:
Monitoring and Optimization: Implement and promote sustainable practices within the building. This includes waste reduction, water conservation, and the use of eco-friendly materials.
Green Certifications: Work towards obtaining and maintaining green building certifications such as LEED or BREEAM.
Develop and oversee preventive maintenance schedules to ensure all building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) operate efficiently and have a long lifespan.
Smart Building Technology: Utilize smart building technologies to enhance operational efficiency. Data Analysis: Use data analytics to track building performance metrics and make informed decisions.
Indoor Environment Quality: Ensure optimal indoor air quality, thermal comfort, and lighting conditions.
Responsive Management: Address tenant concerns promptly and effectively. Community Building: Foster a sense of community within the BTR property through events and communal spaces.
Financial Performance:
Cost Management: Manage operational budgets, aiming to reduce costs through efficient building management practices.
Return on Investment (ROI): Enhance the property’s ROI by maintaining high occupancy rates through superior building performance and tenant satisfaction.

Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), energy management, and sustainability practices.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data to make informed decisions regarding building performance.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to interact with tenants, management, and maintenance teams.
