We are looking for a customer-obsessed, results-driven individual to make a valued contribution to our award winning, field-based education team, and provide a high standard of service for Sweet Squared Ltd customers and prospects. This is a pro-active role that requires delivering both product knowledge and motivational education to support personal and team sales success, efficiency and profitability.

To execute the Technical and Educational plans of the following brands: ME in the professional salon channel. The main focus being the development of strategic partnerships with carefully identified salons, stylists and key industry influencers leading to achievement of defined revenue, salon distribution, volume sales, brand distribution, and profitability.

MURPHY Education programs
Co-ordinate and facilitate education events both in salon and externally to drive sales
MURPHY in-salon classes as and when required
ME via salon visits and telephone support
Work closely with your Partnership Managers to support the success of all brands within salons
Actively communicate and upsell all brand educational and training events
Continually update brand knowledge, existing and potential customer base, competitors, and primary trade organisations
To actively communicate and sell all education events offered by the Company
To communicate and liaise with management and other colleagues within Sweet Squared via reporting procedures and company policies
Assist with the induction and training of new team members

Creative, confident individual with the ability to capture an audience and create excitement
Ability to develop and execute own plans and effectively prioritise workload in order to delivery high quality education, drive sales and meet deadlines
Background in hair or beauty education within professional salons or classroom environments
Hairdressing qualifications
Deliver in depth technical education on KEVIN.ME (product training will be given)
Able to learn about and educate the context, performance and technical characteristics of the brand products and communicate appropriately to customers and prospects, including delivering education within salon.
Strong relationship building experience with internal and external customers and stakeholders
Full clean driving license
