Reporting to the UK Financial Controller, this is an opportunity to lead the UK's management accounts Function, taking responsibility for 3 staff. Maintaining, improving and controlling the quality of the management accounts
Delivering accurate and timely financial reporting
Responsible for the management and development of the management accounting team (3 direct reports)
Accountable for the compliance of financial statements with Group Accounting policies, IFRS and relevant tax law
Preparation of subsidiary accounts for external reporting
Continually improving financial processes, including system improvements. To provide ad-hoc business finance partnering to operations and group.
Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent with the key skills
Team management
Strong technical accounting background
Advanced Excel skills
Management and leadership skills
Excellent relationship building skills
