We are looking for traders with at least two years of experience. If you are ambitious, competitive, and want the opportunity to develop and execute robust, market-leading trading strategies, this is the role for you.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have direct exposure to and participation in live trading immediately
  • Be passionate about the opportunity to execute proprietary trading Strategies
  • Be ready and willing to own the risk of a proprietary trading book
  • Relish the opportunity to work with smart, like-minded and ambitious individuals
  • Enjoy being a key member of a high-performance team and work intimately with our traders
  • Be continually pushed outside your comfort zone
  • Commit to a rigorous and intense training program led by world-leading experts
  • Assume complete ownership for maximising their rate of personal and professional development
  • Will have direct exposure and involvement in all elements of the trade lifecycle and the technology that drives it.

Skillset:

  • Quantitative degree and clear track record of proprietary trading experience required
  • Preference for at least 2 years of industry experience
  • Clear demonstrable knowledge of financial markets and trading strategies

Note: Character, drive, humility and a focus on delivering superior performance are non-negotiable requirements
