Behaviour Inclusion Mentor

Do you have experience in behaviour management and a commitment to promoting positive behaviour and inclusion?

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Inclusion Mentor to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our students. This position will be based at a primary school in Harehills commencing September 2024 on a long-term, temporary contract.

As a Behaviour Inclusion Mentor, you will work closely with students, teachers, and families to support the social, emotional, and behavioural needs of our students.
You will provide one-on-one mentoring and support to students who may be experiencing behavioural challenges, helping them to develop coping strategies and build positive relationships.
Your role will involve implementing behaviour management strategies, facilitating small group sessions, and promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity throughout the school.
Based at a primary school located in the vibrant community of Harehills, Leeds, dedicated to providing a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for all our students.

Experience working with children or young people in a behaviour support or mentoring role is essential.
Knowledge of behaviour management strategies and a commitment to promoting positive behaviour and inclusion within the school community.
Relevant qualifications or training in behaviour support, counselling, or a related field would be advantageous. Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications, from £90 - £100 per day.
