The DFO holds responsibility over ensuring continued delivery in department objectives, goals, and performance. Supervision of incident management, ensuring that the appropriate enquiries are conducted in the event of incidents involving our fleet.
Experience in a senior management position and the active running of a busy team within the aviation industry.
Experience with Pilot recruitment processes and procedures, including knowledge of sim testing.
A background in training within aviation is desirable but not essential.
