Fixed Term/Secondment An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, hard-working, dynamic, flexible and motivated Band 6 Team Leader interested working in our elective surgical ward for 6 month secondment.
If so you are who we need to join our 19 Bedded Surgical ward, which Comprises of both NHS and Private Patients . Provision of safe patient care in accordance with all relevant and applicable Trust policies and procedures.
Demonstrating effective clinical, leadership and management skills.

Ealing Hospital: a busy district general hospital providing a range of clinical services, as well as 24/7 emergency department and urgent care centre, and specialist care at Meadow House Hospice
Central Middlesex Hospital: our planned care site, hosting a range of surgical and outpatient services and collocated with an urgent care centre.

Provision of safe, effective quality patient care in accordance with all relevant and applicable Trust policies & procedures, government legislation and NMC regulatory framework
Demonstrating effective clinical, leadership and management skills.
