What You’ll Do

As a Senior Manager, you’ll be a key leader in our practice, driving high-quality delivery for clients while contributing to the growth and development of our team and capabilities. You’ll be involved in:

  • Client Engagement: Delivering challenging and complex projects across the WAM value chain. You’ll help clients navigate regulatory landscapes, optimize governance, enhance cybersecurity, and transform operating models.
  • Leadership: Guiding and mentoring junior team members, setting the standard for excellence, and fostering a supportive, inclusive culture.
  • Business Development: Collaborating with senior leaders on proposals, RFP responses, and pipeline management to grow our business.
  • Practice Development: Building internal capabilities by developing talent, creating knowledge assets, and contributing to a vibrant team culture.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an experienced professional with a passion for technology transformation and a strong background in Wealth and Asset Management. You’ll bring:

  • Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of the WAM sector, with experience across platforms like State Street Alpha, BlackRock Aladdin, Charles River, and more.
  • Proven Leadership: A track record of delivering large-scale, technology-enabled programmes, coupled with strong project management skills.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with IT methodologies, cybersecurity principles, and risk management frameworks.
  • Client Focus: Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
