This is a highly rewarding role, where you are involved in driving positive change for the business through collaboration with different functions – Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Technical, Health and Safety and Finance to name a few As Continuous Improvement Manager you will be part of an influential senior team facilitating change across this fast-paced food manufacturing site involved in key projects that will make a difference to both the people and the business.

There is a strong platform for CI development at this site and they have a pipeline of process improvement projects. You would be joining a major food/FMCG manufacturer that can add to your CI career through further training and investment together with a clear career path into future potential Group roles.


Identify step changes required in the operation to enable it to go from good to great and to put together the project plans.
To evaluate the data and identify the right opportunities that deliver improvements across the manufacturing unit and facilitate team performance.
Be seen as the expert and the go to on all CI and process improvement projects
Continuous Improvement background or Factory Management with a keen interest in CI in the food industry or FMCG.
Those experiences will help bring to life what can be done, making a difference to engagement and buy in for the step changes in process, behaviours and ultimately culture.
Project management skills – you are comfortable in factory environments and around production teams. Investigative in nature you are able to combine this with project planning in a fast paced production facility.
