As the General Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and customer satisfaction. What You’ll Do:
- Lead with vision to achieve ambitious company goals and objectives.

- Oversee all manufacturing operations, from production planning to quality control and supply chain management.
- Identify and seize opportunities for business expansion and market growth in the aerospace and energy sectors.

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong business acumen with a proven track record in driving operational efficiency and profitability.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Success in strategic planning, business development, and customer relationship management.
- Deep knowledge of industry regulations, quality standards (ISO, AS9100, NADCAP), and safety practices.
