We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Research Executive to join our talented and growing FMCG team. Working on some of our biggest client accounts, from globally renowned companies to innovative brands. Youll have a keen interest in exploring new ideas and research techniques within this sector, plus proven experience working in FMCG Market Research in a commercial environment. We have a very strong team ethos with a focus on learning and development, so you will be supported as well as given lots of opportunity to grow and be challenged.
Ideally, youll have proven experience working in Market Research in a commercial or not-for-profit sector and strong knowledge of the FMCG and / or shopper sectors.

We offer Hybrid working, which for us is a blend of working remotely and in the Winchester or London office. Plan and manage research projects efficiently and creatively.
Have lots of variety across quantitative methodologies, plus scope to get involved in mixed method projects.
Liaise with internal teams, providing direction and communicating project information.
Get involved with training, innovation and other company initiatives and make your own mark.
Learn about the role of neuroscience and behavioural science within research and receive support in applying these techniques.
An established Quantitative (agency or client-side) Senior Research Executive, or experienced RE looking for development.
Youll understand different research techniques and have a passion for exploring new ideas and facing challenges.
Organised, paying strong attention to detail and demonstrating excellent time management skills.
Adaptable, comfortable working in various industries, projects, and with different research methodologies.
Flexible, with the ability to work autonomously as well as playing your part as a member of a high-performing team.
A creative spark and a real desire to make data tell a story.
