Office Administrator A leading M&E construction and Building Services Contractor specialising in commercial projects ranging from £5-20 million are looking for an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will be based out of their Birmingham Depot paid up to £25k basic dependant on experience. As an Office Administrator, you will be; Office Administrator will be first point of contact within the office, based in Birmingham Office Administrator will have a professional phone manner and will manage incoming calls, as well as making outgoing calls to suppliers, clients and colleagues Office Administrator to complete general filing, scanning documentation, printing files and copying required paperwork. Office administrator will occasionally produce client invoices and check supplier/ sub-contractors' invoicesAs an Office Administrator, you must have; Office Administrator to have a good understanding of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook Office Administrator to have experience working in a customer focused office-based environment Office Administrator to live a commutable distance from BirminghamOffice Administrator - Up to £25,000 basic dependent on experience + pension Contact Leah at Tech-People (phone number removed) the specialist recruitment agency and business within HVAC, M&E and Utilities.
