The Residential Real Estate Team at Birketts is a team of 60+ including 3 partners operating out of seven offices but working together as one team. Within the team there are various specialist sectors. We have a vacancy to fill in the team which will involve acting on routine residential property transactions. The Cambridge team comprises 3 fee earners and 4 support staff working alongside team-wide support pools (file opening and Completion Team). We are seeking a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer from NQ to 3 years’ experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing. You will have an ability to actively market within the sector and to focus on growing new relationships.
