With a 3AA Rosette fine dining restaurant onsite as well as accommodating weddings and events, this is an incredible venue. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be

  • Overseeing every service from breakfast, afternoon tea, light lunches and dinner
  • Ensuring the restaurant and food offering within the hotel is of expected standard with extraordinary attention to detail required and outstanding customer service
  • Managing the team from rotas to training
  • Liaising with the kitchen as well as the GM and MD
  • Hands on and happy to get stuck in as and where needed

Our ideal candidate would be
  • an experienced Restaurant Manager in a similar role and environment
  • experienced within 2AA rosette restaurants
  • a strong leader and able to lead and manage a team
  • hands on with exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail
  • able to resolve any issues in a logical and practical manner
  • able to work under pressure whilst remaining calm and reasonable
  • flexible and willing with a positive, can do attitude
