Production Technician (Shift Position), 6 Months contract, Harwell Oxfordshire, Salary: £26,800.Our client is expanding their team and seeking skilled Manufacturing Associates to join their innovative venture. At an ultramodern facility in Harwell Didcot, you will be dedicated to advancing mRNA medicines and setting up a leading-edge research, development, and manufacturing facility. By joining their team, you will collaborate with exceptional colleagues and strategic partners worldwide, contributing to a future where access to life-saving vaccines is a reality for all.
As a Manufacturing Associate, you will play a crucial role in the production of mRNA vaccines. Responsibilities include, ensuring safety and compliance, performing routine manufacturing operations, and taking part in quality assurance activities. Perform and document routine manufacturing operations.
Participate in quality assurance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain and troubleshoot equipment and digital tools.
Engage in root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
Embody the drive to save lives through rapid and effective vaccine production.
3+ years of experience in a GMP manufacturing environment.
A university degree with a specialisation in pharmaceutical production technology or equivalent.
Experience in audit/inspection preparation, understanding Health authority and regulatory guidelines.
