- Maintenance both security and fire – bias either way and would consider a strong candidate on one that is KEEN to learn the other.
- Must know/understand the standards to enable effective reporting and defect quotes for any non–conformance
- Must have a good understanding of monitoring – DualCom ideally.
- Be capable of small works – additional camera/detector, remedials from maintenance etc possibly small installs (wireless intruder etc)
- Assist with the training of apprentices/engineers
- Ability to Increase maintenance contracts (up selling to existing customers, possibly visiting commercial properties when in the area)
- Be part of on–call rota (currently 1 in 3)
