Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project management, site supervision, and health and safety, with the ability to manage a team of engineers to meet deadlines and budgets.
The role involves managing project coordination, procurement, and site teams from mechanical and electrical perspectives.
Responsibilities:
- Managing & Co-ordinating projects from budgets, including equipment and materials, supervising sites
- Liaising with clients and attending site meetings
- Managing site operatives to ensure continuity and address site issues.
- Ensuring health and safety compliance, producing Method Statements and Risk Assessments (CDM experience)
- Generating Purchase Orders, RAMS, Site Programs, and email correspondence
- Knowledge of AutoCAD
- Providing continual site-based management to assist with project acceleration and management.
- Ensuring all engineers comply with health and safety documentation.
- Procuring materials and labour for specific project demands
- Estimating variation works for unforeseen project issues
