As they continue to expand the operations, they are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Research & Development to lead the growing global R&D team.
Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, the Head of Research & Development will spearhead the R&D initiatives, driving innovation and product development across our portfolio. Lead and develop a team of R&D professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental objectives.
Oversee all stages of the product development lifecycle, from conceptualisation to commercialisation, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Regulatory Affairs, to drive cross-functional projects and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements, incorporating relevant insights into R&D strategies.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience (minimum 8 years) in research and development within the Dairy industry, with a focus on infant formula
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Willingness to travel occasionally as required by business needs.
