We are an outsourcing company that has clients in Europe, USA and Asia. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist EMEA to work in one of our valued client offices in London, United Kingdom. Our client is a social media video content platform for creating and sharing short lip-sync, comedy, and talent videos and with offices in most EMEA and AMS countries.

Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing and Screening:

  • Utilise various sourcing methods to attract candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.

2. Candidate Engagement and Relationship Building:

  • Serve as a main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates to provide updates, gather additional information, and address any questions or concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.

3. Coordination and Administration:

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in the preparation of interview materials and facilitate interview debrief sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our recruiting system.

4. Collaboration and Team Support:

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and priorities.
  • Provide support to the HRBP team as needed on various projects and initiatives.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving recruitment processes and strategies.

Minimum requirements:

  • University degree.
  • 2+ years of experience working as a recruitment researcher.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • A fast learner who embraces change and is quick to adapt.

Preferred skills/qualifications:

  • Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience working in a global recruitment agency as 360 consultant.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Length of Contract: 6 months, renewal subject to performance
