We’re recruiting for a multiple Warehouse First Line Managers, for our key customer, in Harlow –. Our First Line Managers supervise a team of colleagues to ensure the operation runs as safely and efficiently as possible. In this role you will train staff, monitor employee performance, motivate your team, and ensure a high level of the customer service is delivered. This is a full-time, permanent role, with a shift pattern of Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm Pay, benefits and more: We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £33,436 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). You’ll also have access to our MyBenefits platform offering a variety of high street discounts, a cycle to work scheme, cashback cards, a saving scheme and much more What you’ll do on a typical day: Coordinate, lead and motivate a team of colleagues to operational success Set daily and weekly KPIs and ensure that these are always being met, and ideally exceeded Plan, manage and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements Maintaining health and safety and H&S practices across all areas of the site.
