As the Lecturer in Boatbuilding, you will continually improve the learning experience and achievement of students through effective teaching and assessing.
Preparing and marking learners work, monitor progress towards individual targets, keep records and provide timely reports/reviews to students, parents, employers and College managers, as appropriate.

- Contributing to the design, delivery and future planning of teaching and assessing, to ensure timely completion for learners
Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of developments in the relevant subject/course and take relevant teaching awards.

Knowledge and understanding of current developments in the relevant curriculum area with a special emphasis on boat building to include composites
