Position Overview

We are actively seeking passionate Trainers/Instructors across various disciplines to spearhead our educational initiatives. Your role is pivotal in guiding aspiring innovators through the comprehensive product development cycle, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and the latest technology advancements. You will play a critical role in inspiring and molding the sustainable leaders and innovators of tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver a comprehensive curriculum that covers one of aspects of the product development cycle, focusing on sustainability and technological innovation from dreams to impact.
  • Conduct onl workshops, seminars, and hands-on projects to ensure practical application of theoretical concepts.
  • Provide mentorship on sustainable design, ethical manufacturing, market strategies, and technological innovations.
  • Collaborate with the Hubbers team to update curriculum content in line with the latest industry trends and practices.
  • Facilitate networking with industry professionals to provide students with real-world insights and opportunities.

Compensation

Compensation is based on the impactful delivery of classes, reflecting the number of classes taught and their repeat sales. Instructors will contribute to a global initiative, developing cutting-edge courses that integrate the latest AI technologies and sustainable practices.

Compensation target: 130/200eur/hour

Recruitment Process

1/ Initial Application: Apply through linkedin with your resume and cover letter, highlighting your field of expertise and your motivation for joining our mission.

2/ Written Questions: A follow-up with written questions to delve deeper into your qualifications and teaching philosophy.

3/ Introductory Online Meeting: A short intro call with Benjamin Vignon, Hubbers founder, or a member of the "ImpactGen School" team to explore potential collaboration.

4/ Onboarding: Aligned interests will lead to the onboarding process, introducing you to our team, tools, and philosophy.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in your area of expertise or experience in teaching
  • Desire to provide technology-enhanced learning.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire a diverse group of learners.
  • A perfect command of English is a must. Other language a plus (french, spanish, german, italian, arabic,... ) , as you will be part of a collaborative team of global like-minded professionals virtually meeting regularly to collaborate adn exchange.
  • A well-established network in the sustainability, innovation, product development or tech sectors will be useful.
