£00 on the weekend and £16.00 for weekend nights (WEEKLY PAY)
Shift Pattern: Monday - Sunday Days & nights available
Some shifts available:
10am - 6pm (Saturdays)
There can be some variation based on term/non-term time, as the individual you would be supporting is currently in college.
Unfortunately we cannot provide VISA sponsorship and we do not hire on a relocation basis, you must currently be based in the Lincoln area.

Support Workers cover all manners of support for others – from companionship and days out, to personal care and housekeeping. At Team Brain Injury Support, you’ll be working with someone living with complex care needs and receive fully paid, on the job training. Foster a supportive and inclusive environment
Ensure the individual's safety and well-being at all times
Adhere to care plans and guidelines provided
Ability to effectively communicate with individuals requiring care
Flexibility and adaptability to meet varying care needs
Willingness to undergo additional training and development as required
