We are supporting a $1b food company, that due to an internal promotion is looking for a Revenue Growth Manager to join the team. You will join an established team that is integral to the business performance.
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth across one of the UK's most recognisable brands. You will develop and execute revenue growth strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and track and analyse key performance metrics to drive business growth.
Ideally, you will come from a financial background, working within FMCG businesses. The business is keen to promote and develop internally, so once you have joined there is a great opportunity to develop your career with one of the leaders in the industry.
Develop and execute revenue growth strategies for one of the UK's most well-known food brands.
Identify new revenue streams and growth opportunities
Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform revenue growth strategies
Analyse sales data and market trends to inform revenue growth strategies
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotions and campaigns to drive revenue growth
Collaborate with the product development team to identify and launch new products that support revenue growth goals
Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform future revenue growth strategies
Work with the sales team to optimize revenue growth opportunities with key customers and partners
Ideally coming from a financial or accounting background.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
Experience in the food or consumer goods industry is a plus
