Do you possess the skills to support positive behaviour in a primary school setting? If so, GSL Education is looking for a dedicated Behaviour Support Worker to join a school in Wimborne.

As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in promoting positive behaviour and fostering a supportive learning environment for students.

Providing one-on-one support to students with behavioural challenges.
Collaborating with the school's SENCO and other professionals to create tailored intervention plans.
Supporting the overall well-being of students and contributing to a positive school ethos.
Relevant experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
