Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer/Engineer

A fantastic opportunity to work for an M&E Service Provider who are currently recruiting for a Resident Maintenance Engineer to work at large commercial/retail site based in Kingston-Upon-Thames. Working Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. With Fantastic opportunities to develop and progress within the industry.

You will be required to work a 40 hour week between Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm with plenty of overtime opportunities available.

The role of a Maintenance Engineer role to carry out the planned and reactive repairs to various plant equipment. Provide general multi skilled Building services maintenance support on all buildings and plant.

* Implement all maintenance and corrective works on the site in accordance with Maintenance Instructions, company and site specific procedures.

* Perform testing and inspecting of mechanical systems in accordance with industry standards.

* Provide accurate feedback and information including but not limited to completed test sheets, routine rounds inspection sheets and work dockets containing durations of maintenance activities and observations.

* Ensure that all plant and systems are maintained and operated in order to provide maximum efficiency, availability and reliability.

* Carry out remedial and/or refurbishment works arising from breakdown or maintenance inspections.

Relevant work experience includes but is not limited to;

* General maintenance

* Legionella testing

* Fire alarm testing

* The ideal candidate will have the relevant qualifications - City & Guilds -Maintenance Engineering - Multi trades.

* With at least 5 years experience working within building services maintaining multi trade systems.
